Bidvest company, Konica Minolta South Africa has once again been named as the international Konica Minolta Distributor of the Year – having now won this incredible accolade for the eighth time.   Konica Minolta Inc. Japan presents this prestigious annual award to their top distributor based on annual unit purchases and market share achieved.

This year’s award ceremony was hosted in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and was attended by Alan Griffith, Marianna Gdanis, Andrew Griffith and Heidi Steyn from Konica Minolta South Africa.

“Having our number one position in the Konica Minolta world dealer family confirmed for the eighth time is an outstanding achievement,” says Konica Minolta South Africa MD, Alan Griffith, who accepted the award.

“The award recognises our continued performance and the dedication of the local staff to the bizhub brand and our market as a whole. The brand is more prominent than ever before in South Africa and has built up a well-deserved reputation among customers.”

“Our world is becoming increasingly competitive as we embrace this era of disruptive technology and that this, coupled with tough trading conditions in the business market, makes this award even more meaningful to all Konica Minolta South Africa employees, without whom it would not have been possible,” he adds.
